Restaurant / Bakery Group is looking for a general manager to run their branch in Sandton as well as run their food production kitchen on the same premises. Duties will include monitoring food safety and quality during the production process, coordinating drivers and deliveries and ensuring continuous improvement and development of current and new products. Looking for someone with an eye for detail and strong staff management and training skills. Must be experienced in stock control and food costing. The ideal candidate must be goal driven, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Will be responsible for the Restaurant, front and back of house so good customer relations required. Salary R 25 – 30 K.
