Established Restaurant group is looking for a General Manager for their store in Alberton / Mall of the South. Candidates with 8+ years general management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. The suitable applicant will be hardworking, have good organizing skills with strong people management abilities. All references must be contactable. Experience in a Restaurant franchise environment beneficial. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and energetic. Looking for long term commitment. Will not consider job-hoppers. Salary 18 – 20K Nett.
