Established Restaurant in the Parktown North area is looking for a Head Chef. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef experience and a formal cooking/culinary arts qualification. Experience in a high end a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Looking for someone who is creative and has experience in running a pass. Must be skilled in and informed of modern and latest food trends. Will also be responsible for stock management. Suitable applicants must be able to work under pressure. Salary R 15000 - 17000 K nett.
