RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced RESTAURANT & LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE (LIVE-IN) for a busy resort based along the KwaZulu-Natal northern coast area.

!COUPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications (not essential).
English speaking couple.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel skills and experience on restaurant management programmes eg. Gaap.
This would only suit a vibrant, well-groomed and honest couple to manage a lodge and a very busy on-site restaurant. The couple must love nature and be willing to work flexible hours.
Proven working experience as restaurant and lodge management with contactable references.
Able to coordinate the entire restaurant operation including front-of-house and back-of-house.
Staff management experience.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
Strong leadership qualities and nurture a positive working environment while leading by example.
Excellent customer service skills.
