Our client, a well-known and respected 5 – Star property, located in Paarl, requires a qualified and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join their team.

This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, enthusiastic candidate / CWA or WSET will be advantageous / Formal hospitality diploma or equivalent / 3+ Years’ managerial experience in a similar position / Stock control and management / Service and Guest Centric / Strong administration and communication skills
