Overview
Our client, a popular corner restaurant in Stellenbosch, requires an experienced Restaurant Manager with great social media and verbal communication skills, strong operational background and strong wine knowledge.

Responsibilities / Requirements
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, energetic candidate
Cape Wine Academy or WSET certification will be advantageous
Strong Social Media communication skills
2+ Years’ managerial experience in a management position
Strong Inventory Management & Control
Service and Guest Centric
Strong administration skills to include all cash up and day-end procedures
