Restaurant Manager – Italian Inspired - Stellenbosch

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for an Experienced Restaurant Manager to join a classy 44-seater Italian-inspired eatery in Stellenbosch. The perfect candidate is someone with a formal Hospitality Qualification, excellent operational skills, experience in running a busy restaurant, strong leadership and management skills. The restaurant trades Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
It is a pre-requisite that the prospective candidate resides in the winelands area and has a valid driver's licence. The role is to manage and assist with the successful day to day running of the restaurant operations, overseeing food quality and continued staff development.
Minimum Requirements and Key Responsibilities:

• A qualification in Hospitality Management or similar qualification
• Excellent wine knowledge. WSET or CWA qualification will be advantageous
• Own vehicle and driver’s licence
• Able to effectively manage and lead a team
• Excellent operational and leadership skills essential
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Guest and service centric
• Computer literate

Remuneration
R18 000 (Relating to experience)
