RESTAURANT MANAGER (SB) - Stellenbosch

We are on the hunt for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong operational background for a busy and well known restaurant, situated in the heart of Stellenbosch.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, energetic candidate
• Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers’ License
• Relevant Tertiary Education will be advantageous
• Sound knowledge of inventory control
• Strong communication skills
• 3+ Years’ managerial experience in a management position
• Service and Guest Centric
• Strong administration skills and computer literate

REMUNERATION
10 00 - R12 000 per month plus Gratuity Share
