Established wine estate in Stelllenbosch offers a 150 seater restaurant, casual dining area, as well as some weddings.

You will be a slick professional with 5* customer service skill, superior staff leadership backed by strong administative skills as required by the business.

Hours are generally 8am to 5 -6pm and they are closed Monday and Tuesday which will be your days off with the exception of weddings.

You will come from a restaurant background, and not hotels.

You will live nearby / have own transport.

Personal attendance at interview is required.
