We are seeking a dynamic, driven and energetic Restaurant Manager for leading establishment. In addition to a lively personality and excellent guest relations skills you should have strong team-building skills to train and mentor junior team members. In addition to very good front of house experience, the successful candidate will have very strong stock knowledge of both wet and dry and proven cost control skills. We expect candidates to have a minimum of 3 years experience at this level in managing a large, very busy, upmarket and successful restaurant.
