RESTAURANT MANAGER

This role will involve the responsibility for assisting in the day to day running and supervision of the Food and Beverage sector. As a restaurant manager you will work irregular hours and execute various actions necessary to ensure the smooth running of all aspects regarding the food and beverage operation.

Responsibilities:
? Stock ordering and overseeing stock levels
? Managing, recruiting and training team members/staff.
? Managing budgets.
? Planning menus.

Necessary skills and qualifications:
? Management/Business Degree/Diploma
? Previous exp of min 2 years
? Being confident and decisive
? Taking leadership and giving direction
? Problem solver
? Multi-tasking
? Excellent communication skills and customer service
