Restaurant Manager (Ref: SS)
Our client, well known restaurant on a Wine farm in Stellenbosch, requires an experienced Restaurant Manager with strong organisational and communication skills, strong operational background and sound wine knowledge
Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, energetic candidate
• Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers’ License
• Cape Wine Academy or WSET certification will be
advantageous
• Strong management and communication skills
• 2+ Years’ managerial experience in a management position
• Strong Inventory management & Control
• Service and guest centric
• Strong administration skills to include daily email and verbal
correspondence, cash up and day-end procedures, guest
and supplier liaison
Job Specifications
• Sound wine knowledge, computer literate, great communicator (Verbal and Written), professional, able to work flexible hours, service and guest centric, training / coaching ability, timeline driven
Remuneration
R8 000 - R12 000 per month
Start Date : Immediately
