RESTAURANT MANAGER
Boutique Winery · Durbanville
Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Restaurant Manager to take charge of an iconic wine farm's hospitality division which includes the restaurant operations, deli and picnics. This boutique winery with a state of the art tasting room, is situated on the rolling hills of Durbanville.
The perfect candidate has an exceptional eye for detail, is guest centric and service orientated with a good food and wine knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the overall hospitality operations - restaurant, deli and picnics
• Staff management
• Daily administrative and financial duties
• Daily reporting functions
• The management of Health and Safety regulations
• Guest liaison and management of overall guest experiences
Minimum Requirements
• Formal Hospitality and Wine qualification will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of people effectively
• Strong management skills
• Guest and service orientated
• Resourceful and an exceptional eye for detail
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
Remuneration: R18 000 CTC
Start Date: ASAP
