Restaurant Manager | Midrand | Casual Dining Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee this fast-paced restaurant located in a very busy mall in Midrand.

The restaurant opened in 1994 and was the first of its kind to offer Mexican Dishes in South Africa

The store design is funky, modern and has the perfect ambiance for fun and comfortable dining.

Skills and experience required from Restaurant Manager:

At least 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant, on managerial level
Working experience in hospitality industry will be a great advantage
Excellent operational skills – Front and Back of House
Ability to work with budgets
Must be able to work under pressure
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to train, mentor and coach staff
Passion for excellent customer service
Knowledge in Micros POS system will be a great advantage
Starting date 1 January 2022

Salary package for Restaurant Manager:

R20 000, depending on experience and skills
Annual paid leave
