Upmarket modern Restaurant in the Midrand is looking for two Sous Chefs. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration. Formal qualification beneficial. Must be able to run a pass. Looking for someone with exceptional cooking abilities. Salary R 15000 - 20000 K nett depending on experience.
