Retail food store is looking for a production chef for their store opening in Randpark. Looking for individuals with 5+ years chef experience in a retail or food production environment. Must be able to prepare various fresh food items including meats, fish, platters, sandwiches, salads, pastas, pizzas and other gourmet pre-packed dishes. Looking for individuals who can delegate tasks and lead a kitchen team. Will only consider hands on chefs with a passion for cooking. Will also be responsible for all kitchen control systems as well as quantity control. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Retail hours apply. Salary R 13000 - 15000 K.
