Our client, a major player in the FMCG industry, requires a Credit Controller with CHAIN STORE experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Grade 12
• Relevant financial/credit management qualification will be advantageous (Credit III)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the FMCG environment collecting from RETAILERS
• Fully bilingual (above average written communication skills)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Effective management of accounts including risk analysis and collection
• Maintain and control customer master data, documentation and files
• Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
• Efficient internal communication with other departments
• Exception reporting and follow-up
• Allocating payments strictly according to customer remittances
• Raising entries for disputes (claims) and resolving them within agreed time frames
