We are urgently recruiting for a Retail Financial Administrator.Will be responsible for providing financial administrative support to a wide range of departmental activities.

Requirements:

Matric
A Diploma/degree in finance
3 - 5 years finance administration experience in manufacturing industry
Excellent financial acumen
Strong interpersonal skills.
Highest integrity

Duties:

Finance and general branch administration
Asset Management
Staff schedule Management.
Petty cash & cash book
Control Invoices and POD’s.
Credit notes / Returns / Refunds
Manage stock takes
General admin and filing
Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed and implemented at branch level.
Develop and implement and keep updated all financial policies and procedures - internal control procedures of the branch.
