RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the Retail Store is suitably staffed with competent and motivated team members
Manage Staff and ensue that the department meet company budget / objectives
Provide necessary training to perform job functions efficiently
Ensure that team members receive regular feedback on their performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI”s)
Ensure all staff wearing correct uniform
Ensure that store is cleaned in mornings
Merchandising daily
Compiling of new stock to be ordered
Credit notes/ Re-invoicing/ Debtors to be processed
Managing of staff performance / booking of training and coaching
Handling of irate clients.
Quarterly Performance appraisals to be done with staff
Email daily retail figures to team members
Rostering of staff and reminding staff of their shifts
Understanding of products/ swopouts
Conducting morning meetings with staff to discuss figures/ issues
Ensure the store layouts as per the company requirements
Checking of the websites and ensuring the pricing is correct.
