Job Description
Responsible for sales volumes / results and the achievements of sales targets
Maintain client relationships
Control and plan qualitative and quantitative targets
Analyse total of pick-up shop sales and break them down into types of orders
Analyse telephonic phone services and the efficiency thereof
Responsible for implementing market activities and central strategies
Definition and implementation of measures resulting from the analysis of total pick-up shop sales created by the pick-up shop and sales in the individual order types fax, telephone, over-the-counter and trade show.
Definition and implementation of measures resulting from the analysis of pick-up shop
customers. These measures are intended to increase the number of different customers and the customer frequency, to reverse the sales development of minus customers and to acquire new and zero customers as well as to promote multichannel sales
Ensure all adverts are completed properly and all articles meet company expectations
Ensure all policies are adhered to at all times
Ensure work space and employees are always well presented
Stock take and ensure inventory accuracy
Ensure all services are done properly
Organize pick-up shop conferences and marketing
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
General university entrance qualification (University entrance Diploma)
Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration
3 years’ exp. in brick-and-mortar / pick-up shop business
3 years’exp. In a Manager position
Fluent in English
Must have a valid driver’s license
