Location: Constantia & City Centre

Important note: This role requires the flexibility to work at both branches, and retail hours.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent in-store sales service – this will include learning in depth product knowledge to help understand customers’ needs and be able to advise
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage point-of-sale processes and customer relations
• Maintain stock levels
• Be an expert on the Company story and brand
• Report to store manager daily with customer insights

Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
• Matric
• Relevant qualification
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience working in a sales position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver’s licence
