Ireland’s leading Convenience Retailer are looking for a full time Sales Supervisor for mainly evening & weekend shifts. Must be highly motivated, driven, focused on customer service, enthusiastic and with a passion for food. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced food environment and will be responsible for the preparation and service of high-quality food products to customers.

Sales Supervisor Candidate:

We are looking for a both full time & part time colleagues to join our team at our convenience Retailer in West Cork

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday – Sunday day time and evening shifts. Duties include

Operation of tills
Stock Control
Merchandising of stock
Customer Service

Key Responsibilities include

Follow and observe store policies
Maintain and adhere to safety procedures
Offer assistance and services where needed

The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate an ability to deal with colleagues and customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Focus on customer care
Have good communication skills
Be reliable
Demonstrate an ability to lead colleagues in a positive manner
Be willing to develop their skills in a retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €11.50-€12.50 per hour depending on experience. Full-time (circa 35 to 39 hours / week) – Deductions for accommodations and visas will be made from this but the client will cover all costs upfront.
