Our client, based in Montague Gardens, imports and exports; as well as distributes seafood products to and from various countries worldwide' is looking to appoint a Shop Manager. The successful candidate would be responsible for the effect running of the Shop/Retail Outlet by achieving set targets without compromising Food Safety and/or Quality.

Requirements:
Good written and verbal communications skills; honesty and reliability; strong attention to detail; able to work under pressure; meet deadlines and prioritise; good time management; have reliable vehicle; and well presented.

Responsibilities:

Wholesale sales cold calling new clients and existing ones; monthly stock take; ensuring purchase orders match up to stock received; staff management; ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to; open and closing of shop daily; marketing of company brand/products on social media platforms; ensure daily point register cash-ups and balancing are done; and that daily banking is done.

Skills/Experience:
Minimum of grade 12; SAP and Cistech software experience; 5 years’ FMCG experience; and in Seafood industry would be an advantage.
