Overview
We are looking for a Hands-on Reverse Logistics Manager that will be responsible for the National Logistics Management and Repair partner functions for all our Logistics’ customer products and services by managing inventory, warehousing, distribution, transportation, reverse logistics and return goods/merchandise authorization, operational efficiencies and effectiveness, cost management, profitability, and quality control of the entire logistics function

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Between 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook etc.
SAP experience (beneficial)
Excellent English vocabulary

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the performance and risk management of customer returns, damages, trade-in, and recall.
Develops and implements cost saving opportunities.
Ensure weekly / monthly / yearly budgets are met.
Manage daily inventories within facilities to ensure proper flow.
Update and control all Reverse Logistics documents and apply good governance by ensuring ISO standards are adhered to and share with Internal Team.
Adhere to the Customer Turnaround Times as per the SLA / SOP’s.
Managers to sign off overtime and working hours. If Manager is not in, then the Supervisor to do so.
Ensure all returns are be captured on the system before it gets shelved.
Complete stock takes and other processes within our on a monthly rotation.
Update weekly and monthly business and customer related reports and disseminate to the relevant stakeholders within set time frames / TATs.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Documents to be updated as per the ISO standard. All documents to always be saved on the server.
Develop continuous improvement measures.
Develop future capabilities and long-term vision for best-in-class logistics network.
Updating of Standard Operating Procedures as per business needs.
Improve customer service experience and facilitate organization’s growth.
Assist the staff with refresher training on the warehouse system and continue support
Investigating of claims and missing report, submitted by customer
Compiling Insurance Declaration report of all stock distributed by the company
Assess and monitor Returns transactions daily
Manages the end-to-end process of evaluating, proposing, launching, and reverse logistics.
Partners with key internal and external partners to innovate operational excellence and sustainability.
Manages daily operations of 3PL operations and KPIs to expectations.
Analyze customer service statistics and compile accurate reports.
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Manage the Returns team according to completion of tasks and processes within set turnaround times.
Provide coaching and guidance to team where necessary.
Executing quarterly Employee Performance Appraisals. Evaluating and setting objectives/goals to meet business timelines
