Well established company in the Employee Benefit industry is looking for a Risk Benefit Administrator to join their growing team. The role of the Risk Benefit Administrator is to administer the risk portfolio and manage the risk benefit processes for the retirement fund business.

Qualifications and skills:
• Must have a Matric
• 3 years' experience in Employee Benefits Risk Benefits
• Fully computer literate
• Planning and Organizing skills in dealing with risk process and reports
• Effective planning skills to start the process

Key Performance:
Insured Benefit Quotations
• Request risk quotes from Insurers as per instruction from intermediary or consultant
• Ensure accuracy of received quotes before forwarding to Quotes Department for finalisation of scheme quote
Insured Benefit Monthly Risk Premium Updates
• Confirm employer contributions have been processed
• Validate premium collection data is equal to premiums payables
• Prepare and send risk data documentation to Insurer
• Receive underwriting tables from Insurer
• Update member medical records on the system
Insured Benefit Renewal
• Initiate risk renewal communication with Insurer
• Confirm with product manager if GLA is approved or unapproved
• Get client approval on renewal risk structure and new rates
• Update Everest risk set up with any changes
• Inform admin team of risk set up changes
• Provide admin with a copy of changes to the policy document
• Confirm that admin archives policy documents
Insured Benefit Installation
• Receive accepted and signed Quotation by the employer
• Forward signed documents to Insurer and confirm commencement of cover
• Set up policy on Everest
• Receive Risk policy schedule from Insurer
• Inform Admin Manger to verify Everest Set up
• Admin to archive documents
