Rooms Division Manager / Deputy Manager.

5-star Boutique Hotel is looking for a Rooms Division /  Deputy General Manager who would be responsible for the overall management of all operational facets of the Hotel.

This involves managing the Heads of Department and the responsibilities they cover.

You should be financially astute, whilst having a solid balance of Rooms Division and F & B skills.

Key Requirements include:

Tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Hospitality Management
Stable track record and previous experience as a Rooms Division / Deputy General Manager in a 5* Lodge/Hotel environment
Must be able to oversee all departments within the lodge with excellent management ability and communication skills
Fully conversant with hospitality POS/PMS/Accounting systems
Excellent guest relations skills
Enthusiasm, passion and energy

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

Staff management, training and development of a large staff complement
Management, control and streamlining hotel occupancy and related strategies to increase revenue.
Financial Management and compliance
Co-ordination of operational departments, ensuring ongoing liaison to guarantee high standards of service at all times
Related administration and month end reporting functions
