Responsibilities:
To build and implement world-class sales, inventory and operations planning process. Optimize production plans and warehousing capacity for industrial and semi-finished products. Optimize interbranch raw material network planning and balancing
Plan production weekly and monthly for a minimum horizon of a rolling 12 months in order to optimize production facilities
Ensure timeous communication with applicable factories to ensure optimization of all resources eg. shifts planning, maintenance, downtime etc
Optimize interbranch raw material network planning
Optimize the raw material network flow and determine the most cost-effective supply channel, factory, and route
Define and reverse buffer levels for raw material at factories and its intake depots to ensure a constant supply
Assist with the development and execution of the business' S&OP overall plan
Establish and optimize the S&OP process to provide an optimum product supply and working capital performance
Partner with SCP Managers, Marketing, Sales to ensure a workable volume forecast
Manage the balancing of raw material
Balance raw material weekly/monthly according to seasonality to ensure sufficient supply of raw material by integrating forward view and planning to ensure optimal supply or stock build
Balance and trade regional raw material between storage, transportation, and primary distributions

Requirements:
BComm/BS Degree in Business/Logistics/Technical discipline or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of Supply Chain experience in FMCG
Strong, analytical, organizational, decision-making, written and verbal communication, presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
Strong financial background
