We need a competent individual ,who has adequate experience ,willing to work remotely and an expect in sage 300 modules for our Accounting Department.

Duties
1. Implementation of changes and additions on the HR, Payroll, and ESS modules.
• Implementing changes on the leave module to ensure that it aligns with company policy and labour law amendments
• Making amendments to the set up of performance contracts and reviews
• Making amendments to Job profile management and Employee management modules
• Changing workflow and process definitions for Leave and Performance Management

2. Identifying and solving technical problems or system errors.
• Adjusting leave balances where there are discrepancies
• Solving technical problems with releasing and amending of Performance Contracts and Reviews
• Resolving any other technical problem that may arise on other modules

3. Creating customised reports and letters on the system
• Customising various reports and letters on the system i.e increase and bonus letters
• Customising email notifications on the Scheduler
