Diamonds International is actively seeking dedicated and highly skilled sales staff to join our Caribbean team, where you can turn your sales expertise into an adventure while earning in USD!

Location: Caribbean Islands

Compensation:

Base Salary:

Depending on experience and seniority, a base salary ranging from $1,500 to $1,800 per month.
Commission:
Commission structure varies based on individual performance and seasonal variations, ranging from $600 to $6,000 or more per month.

Housing:

Provided housing includes a studio apartment within the company's building, conveniently located within walking distance of stores. The value of the apartment is $650 per month.
Employees will receive this housing for free for the first 3 months, giving them time to find their own accommodations or continue to stay in the provided apartment if desired.

Per Diem: None

Visas:

The company will assist with the costs of obtaining the necessary work visas.
If the employee decides to leave employment within the first year of employment, they will be required to reimburse the company for the visa expenses.

Flights:

The company will assist with the costs of the initial flights to the island for the employee.
Similar to visas, if the employee leaves within the first year, they will need to reimburse the company for the flight expenses.

The terms and conditions of employment, including benefits, responsibilities, and other specifics, will be outlined in the employment contract.
This sales position offers the opportunity to work in beautiful Caribbean locations, selling diamonds and fine jewellery, with the potential for a rewarding income based on performance.
