SALES ACCOUNT DEVELOPER (CHE122)
Area: Kyalami, Midrand
Salary: R 15 000 to R 17 000 plus benefits & commission


Job Purpose
Through the skilful, successful acquisition, development and retention of customers within a predefined territory, achieve or exceed their combined sales target and associated KPI’s.


Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required

• Relevant qualification with 2 - 4 years successful sales experience ideally gained within in a business-to-business sales environment.
• Excellent results oriented and negotiating skills with the ability to sell product and service.
• Well developed, objective driven and implementable, planning and research capability.
• Very good perceptive listener who has the ability to the understand customer business and needs, existing or potential.
• Capability to develop rapport and build relationships both internally and externally, across all levels of hierarchy.
• Excellent professional communication skills, internally as well as externally, across all levels of hierarchy, face-to-face, written and telephonically.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate and apply commercial acumen.
• Highly computer literate – MS Office [Word, Excel, Access, Outlook] and CRM.
• Ability to simultaneously work on different projects.
• Natural inquisitiveness to look at innovative and different ways of growing business in a professional manner whilst in keeping with best business practices.
• Confident and assertive.
• Highly motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic and be able to produce results.
• Ability to work on their own as well as within a team.
