What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the FMCG Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Process Orders

* Manage Stock Picking and Processing

* Manage Stock Delivery & Logistics

* Invoicing and Payments

* Manage Stock Returns

Key Job Deliverables:

* Ensure Accurate & Fast Order Processing

* Ensure Stock Delivered on Time via Outsourced Delivery Partners

* Put a Smile on the Customer's Face

Background work experience:

* 3 years FMCG or Similar Sales Administration

* 3 years FMCG Order & Logistics Processing

* 3 years Complex Order Administration

* 3 years SAP Hanna

* Matric or Equivalent

* Creating a Positive Stock Ordering Experience

* Managing the full Order to Cash process in an FMCG Environment with Retailers as Customers

* Managing all the steps in an order such as Order Processing, Stock Picking, Delivery, Invoicing and Payments, Returns

* Managing all the complexities of Order Administration and Dealing with Multiple Customers at the same time

* Managing the Order process using the SAP Hanna System

* Advantageous: Warehousing & Distribution

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R200K to R210K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
