Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Strong Computer Literacy (Advanced Excel - essential)
• Valid Driver's License
• Sales Administrator experience in the Mining / Technical Industry (preferably)
• Sales / Admin orientated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be neat and organised
• Well presented
• Go getter
• Energetic
• Professional Telephone Etiquette
• Strong Personality
• Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Mature approach with ability to work unsupervised

Duties:
• Preparation of Tenders & Quotations
• Verification of Quotations & Pricing
• Processing of Orders
• Contract Management
• Consignment Stock Reconciliations
• Transport / Logistics (Monitor delivery lead time & ensure on-time deliveries)
• Provide assistance to External Sales Representatives
• Manage stock levels & inventory in accordance with customer needs & contractual agreements
• To attend telephonic calls of customers / others & respond / forward to concerned person/s
• Submission of Weekly and Monthly Reports (Excel Spreadsheet)
• Conversant with operations, systems & documentation
• Coordinate with department for effective execution of work orders
• Customers handling, response to customers & back office support to Sales & Marketing Manager
