FMCG industry experience essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Marketing Support
- Provide admin support to the entire Sales and Marketing Team
- Sales analyst for the Sales Team

MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:
• Sales Reports – Tracking of Daily Sales Actuals Vs Budgets, by Channel, by region by representative
• Assisting Channel Heads with Capturing Deal Sheets and Order Sheets
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports
• Sales Analysis and providing input
• Compiling customer reviews for the sales teams
• Managing Credit Card, petrol, free stock, travel and billings for sales and marketing team.
• Assisting Sales team with Travel arrangements, claims and client appointments
• Stationery orders for sales and marketing
• Compiling Power point presentations for Channel heads
• Organising meetings / events
• Taking minutes of these meetings
• Generating Purchase orders
• Ordering and tracking of sample stock
• Tracking of Marketing Budgets
• Track Adhoc Budget by channel

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES:
Qualifications
• Must have a Grade 12 and Diploma or relevant qualification in Administration
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales administration
• MS Office
• Excel Skills – Advance
