We are looking for a motivated, energetic and target driven Sales and Marketing intern. A strong personality who can build customer relationships and convert to sales will be an ideal candidate. You will be selling training courses and competency assessments.

DUTIES include:
• Responsible for outbound and inbound telesales; responding to email, website and Face Book enquiries
• Assisting customers with quotations and then following up on these
• Increasing sales through developing client relationships
• Actively farming into existing client base
• Actively looking for new customers and cold calling
• Maintaining customer records on client base
• Increasing the customer spend by introducing new training opportunities to clients
• Upselling on current specials
• Promoting new products
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly KPI requirements
• Monitor campaign success and follow-up
• Keeping accurate sales forecast records
• Assist with development of presentations and marketing materials
• Learn and remain up to date with industry trends
• Learn and remain up to date with company product offering
