Sales And Marketing Manager
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: Salary is R40, 000 basic, plus R7000 car allowance, R3000 petrol and R1200 cellphone
(Benefits will be offered after successful completion of 3-month probation period)
Available: Immediate / ASAP

Preferred Minimum educational qualification and work experience for the position:
Matric
Relevant tertiary education in Sales and Marketing Management
A minimum of 4 years working experience in a Sales and Marketing environment, with international exposure and B2B experience
Exceptional communication skills
Strong Computer skills essential

Key Areas of Focus:
Develop & Implement the sales plan to achieve the sales targets
Ensuring optimum customer satisfaction, negotiating prices and service agreements.
Define a coherent business growth strategy and related execution plan to include KPI and other performance measures.
Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic directions of the business
Deliver on sales budget & gain market share.
Continually build our understanding of the new customers
Travel to customer and prospective customer sites to seek out and negotiate new business opportunities.
Market intelligence
Responsible for maintaining and improving customer data accuracy
Designing and delivering innovative service solutions for distinct types of customers within the regulatory framework.
Responsible for identifying and exploring marketing opportunities, seminars and workshops.
Prepare and deliver presentations
Continually build our understanding of the customer’s business by building strong relationships with existing Accounts customers and develop relationships with new ones to leverage maximum value by customer by Region.
Resolve escalated customer queries.
Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders

Personal requirements necessary:

Show discretion when dealing with confidential information
Be professional and ethical at all times
Be prepared to work extended hours from time to time
Be prepared and able to travel throughout region and international
Financial acumen
Product and service conceptualization
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential
