RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Estimator for further development and closure
Play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and turnover growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with numerous clients on all levels, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Proven sales experience – 3 years minimum experience
Track record of over-achieving targets
Strong phone presence and telephonic cold-calling experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferably Construction Industry / Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems knowledge.
