Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 per month, plus incentives, depending on experience

A large call center based in Sandton requires Sales Coaches to start as soon as possible

Working hours are 08.30 -16.30 and some days overtime is required.

Requirements
• Degree or diploma
• Dynamic and energetic
• Assertive and influential
• Leads by motivating and not fear
• Must speak Afrikaans and English fluently

Duties include, but not limited to:
• Ensuring the quality of calls made by the Sales Consultants meet company policies and procedures in terms of legality and professionalism, whilst at the same time promoting sales through effective training and motivation.
• Monitoring of calls and coaching of Sales Consultants according to sales scripts and prescribed criteria.
• Achievement of weekly targets as set by the company
• Inspire and motivate Sales Consultants to perform at maximum levels
