Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a New Business Sales Consultant from within the Commercial Freight & Courier Sector. This is a permanent position based in Elandsfontein, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

The purpose of the position is to ensure that new business is secured in line with individual sales targets and overall strategy towards revenue growth. Salary: R25k CTC + Commission

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
A qualification in Sales & Marketing will be advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ New Business Sales experience
Experience of Courier / Road Freight Industry will be advantageous
Fully au-fait with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint intermediate level)
Own Transport, No Criminal record

Duties:

Acquire New Business, in line with targets
Generate and submit required reports
Ensure Customer visits as per call cycle
Produce and submit Proposals and pricing submissions
Ensure that amendments to or implementation of new business processes are done
Building strong and effective relationships with Customers in line with business model.

Sales, Courier experience
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
A clear understanding of Freight Audit Reports
Excellent communication & client relations & service orientation skills
