A clothing manufacturer and distributor of personal protection equipment based in Linbro Park,Sandton is looking for a field sales consultant.

Job Description
•Sales and marketing of branded work wear,uniforms and PPE products to new customers
•Identify market trends and make recommendations
•Provide customer specific reporting
•Create and maintain a customer database
•Evaluate customers needs and make product recommendations
•Implement marketing programs to solicit new clients through sales calls, referrals and research

Job Requirements
Must have excellent knowledge of clothing and the textile industry from a manufaturing and distribution point of view.
•Must be able to work in a result driven, fast paced environment
•Advanced knowledge of clothing manufacturing, will be advantageous
•Must be self motivated, a forward thinker and have the ability to multi task while adhering to deadlines
•The incumbent must be well informed about recent market and industry trends

Specific Requirements
*The incumbent must possess their own reliable vehicle

The incumbent must have at least 4 years experience working in the clothing/textile industry.

Salary: R120 000 P/A + Fuel re-imbursement + Cell Allowance + Commission.

This is a permanent position,however the successful incumbent will be first placed on a 3 month contract,after performance has been evaluated,the individual will moved to a permanent contract.

This is an extremely fast paced environment with strict sales targets and will therefore suite an individual who is energetic and does not mind working long hours.
