RS Recruitment Services is assisting a rapidly expanding organisation in the FOOD AND WATER RETENTION INDUSTRY to recruit a TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT to be based at their offices in the WESTERN CAPE, R25 000 to R35 000 + commission and provident fund after probation period.

OUR CLIENT IS A PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES ON A GLOBAL SCALE.

Purpose of the position:

To research potential markets with the view of building relationships in well qualified target markets to reach revenue targets.

Applicants should be/have the following:

Matric.
A marketing diploma or similar.
A driver’s license.
5 to 10 years sales experience.
A proven sales track record.
A construction/manufacturing/agricultural background.
Technically oriented.
Project management experience.
An existing network of engineers.
An understanding of the long sales process.

Responsibilities:

Research and generate new sales leads.
Convert sales leads into viable opportunities.
Write and formulate fit for purpose proposals to designated target markets.
Attend to the sales funnel process to ensure a high probability of success.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Accurate sales forecasting within a quarterly time frame.

Remuneration:

Salary: R25 000.00 – R35 000.00 plus commission (based on experience and qualifications).
10% Provident fund CTC, after successful completion of the probation period. Also included are a company vehicle, laptop and cell phone.
