An opportunity has become available for a Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic team that specialises in the Courier & Logistics Industry in George.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
• Minimum 2 Years administration and running detailed reports
• Excellent administration skills
• Attention to detail and follow up
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced in Excel, Word and Power Point Microsoft Applications
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Key Performance areas within this role will entail but not be limited to:

• Assist Packaging Manager with all admin functions
• Assist with quotes and proposal as requested
• Assist with credit application procedure where necessary
• Manage orders with suppliers
• Assisting with rate increases
• Order stock with suppliers
• Quality checks of all packaging sent out
• General Administration and filing
• Implement and drive new projects within the business
• Identify areas of improvement within the business and by involving the necessary personnel with the relevant skills, proposing the required
solutions.
