Travel Management Company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the work of the of the Sales and Marketing team. He/she will undertake a variety of administrative, clerical, managerial tasks and any other task that is assigned by the Sales and Marketing team.

Requirements:
Matric
Tourism Qualification in similar role
2/3 years’ experience in clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience
Flexibility and adaptability
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Organisational skills
Communication skills
Computer skills
Secretarial skills
Drivers licence / own transport

Duties will include:
Responsible for the Sales & Marketing general admin.
Assist with passport renewals and help with visas & travel preparations.
Assist in the arranging all company travel arrangements – flights / accommodation / transfers / pre-check in for flights – Sales Team.
Database notes each sales trip day before pull and liaise, admin & upkeep.
Assist with sales
Responsible for updating database
Responsible for weekly year planner
Assist with Educational & Tradeshow preparation & assistance.
Order Forex for trips
Collaterals for sales trips.
Minutes & meetings for Sales Team Meeting.
Stock control of badges/ uniforms/ collateral/ Business cards
Out of Office Assistance in office
Sales & Marketing IT related
Upkeep of Sharepoints & updates
