Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Key Accounts within various sectors including the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Mining, Food, and Beverage Processing Industries.
• Troubleshoot at clients running and implementing new trials.
• Provide technical support to Clients on the use of the company’s products and services.
• Engage in process consultations with clients on various projects and proposals.
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
• Implement and drive new technology awareness and adoption with regards to the latest equipment and techniques.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Update and maintain the customer CRM system so as to provide timely and relevant updated information.

Requirements
• A Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Process / Instrumentation field.
• At least five years’ proven technical sales experience.
• An understanding of processes and applications in target industries.
• Computer Literate, experience with a CRM system would be an advantage.
• A real interest in applying technical knowledge to solve customer challenges and find efficiencies.
• A self-starting attitude.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm for finding and solving problems.
• Must be prepared to travel.
• A Customer-First attitude.
