Sales Executive | Transport Logistics | Cape Town – Western Cape
Salary: R13K CTC + Commission

Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive for our National client within the Transport & Logistics field. The position is to generate new business from leads and manage accounts, marketing and other duties as listed below for the Group. This is a permanent position based in Cape Town, Western Cape. Core duties and functions are to coordinate communication, new business development and refer all customer related issues to the Sales Manager to ensure seamless flow of information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primarily new business acquisition
• Logistics and Transport sales & working industry experience highly advantageous
• Vehicle tracking on the system
• Maintenance of current customer base, providing feedback and assisting with special requests
• Analyse market for strategic planning purposes
• Liaise with other sales and marketing personnel within the company to work out the best methods of promoting the company
• Expediting of orders and feedback to customers
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Management of sales costs: Fuel, cell phone, data cards and company vehicle
• Assisting accounts department as and when required with outstanding payments
• Admin: Call reports, data capturing, documents to clients

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Grade 12; Sales/marketing qualification an advantage
? Own Car, Must have valid driver’s licence
? Sales experience
? Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality
? Able to work without direct supervision
? Able to clearly present product and service information
? Good personal presentation
? Strong reporting and administration ability
? Advanced written and verbal communication skills
? Enjoy working with people, Trustworthy
? Self-starter, Well organised, Computer literacy, Meticulous, Attention to detail
