Sales Executive - Midrand

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Organizing sales visits.
• Demonstrating and presenting Amantle professional cleaning service.
• Establishing new business.
• Use own initiative to develop a database or source own clients.
• Customer Relationship Management on acquired business (CRM).
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Achieving sales targets as set in Table 1
• Develop own sales strategies.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Responding to and anticipating risk assessments.
• Conducting assessments as a sales tool.
• Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identifies trendsetter idea by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, financials and evaluating options.
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners ‘needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
