Sales Executive - Boksburg

Own vehicle
8+ Years' sales experience in the hire fleet industry (earth moving equipment/industrial equipment)

Develop the product rental and sales markets through cold calling and sourcing new business
Develop a sales strategy to grow the business taking into consideration fleet availability and ROI targets
Achieve monthly revenue (hire and sales), utilisation and GP targets
Identify prospects and close deals
Build sustainable and profitable relationships with customers
Do regular checks at existing and prospective customers in order to maintain agreed service levels, retain business and get new customers
Follow up on quotes and give feedback to customers
Build a strong sales pipeline and a quality customer base
Do site inspections and ensure that the correct machines are specified
Prepare and submit quotes
Understand and be able to explain our Terms and Conditions of Hire and Sale to customers
Ensure debtor days are managed in line with budget
Ensure that annual price increases are submitted to the customer on time
Adopt a strategic sales approach to ensure that our budgeted ROI is achieved
Attend meetings as required with key customers
Negotiate and conclude Pricing Agreements with customers
