Sales Management Trainee – Nelspruit

The successful candidate will:
To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.
Duties:
• Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets
• Influence retail pricing within segments
• Maintain stock levels within segments
• Develop self towards management opportunity
• Develop sound business relationships
• Conduct regular account reviews
• Handle Customer and Consumer queries
• Manage product quality in relation to quality standards
• Determine functional planning objectives
• Develop sound customer relationships
• Rotate across Channel Marketing, Category Management and Sales Activation units
Qualifications / Experience
• Minimum relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Advanced MS Suite skills
Valid driver’s licence
Own vehicle
