Sales Manager: HORECA – Durban
Salary Bracket – R600 000 CTC Negotiable

To manage a territory to provide a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

Duties:
• To Manage the HORECA sector or the business
• Identified and implemented new business opportunities
• Developed, implemented and achieved territory business plan
• Formulated, monitored and controlled channel budgets
• Optimized customer service
• Managed terms
• Managed assets and selling equipment
• Managed territory events
• Managed channels, outlet execution and merchandising

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe business is essential.
• Completed 3-year marketing/sales degree – NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Post graduate qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
• A minimum of 3 years Sales experience in an FMCG HORECA environment
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG HORECA market
• Valid code 08 driver’s license
