Location: Fourways / Pretoria | Duration: 12 Months with 3 months probation period | Direct Report: CEO | Package incl: up to R15 000 basic salary pm, ±15% commission on direct gross revenue, ±5% bonus on exceeded targets, ±2% annual profit share. WB: Petrol for client-related trips, data, and airtime.

Job brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

KPAs:
• Quarterly environmental analysis report based on legislation, technology, completion, and consumer taste
• Development of solutions that are responding to the changing nature and taking advantage of our client’s offerings.
• Building relations with industry influencers to take advantage of their opinions and power over the markets we operate in
• Build a commission only team for the B 2 C consumer market
• Obtain a 10% increase in our B to C monthly sales
• Obtain a 2.5% monthly increase in our B 2 B sales or 10% per quarter
• Source and manage deliverables from external service providers in the marketing and sales value chain
• Actively seek partners and associates that would help the company reach strategic and sales growth using LinkedIn and other tools
• Initiate leads through cold calling
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team weekly and monthly.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Inherent Requirements:
The interested candidate must preferably have:
• Marketing Management / Sales Management qualification or a relevant qualification
• Successful previous experience of 3 years as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in using a CRM system, knowledge of Bitrix 24 would be an advantage
• Have proven record of implementing or contributing to a digital marketing strategy that delivers sales results
• have vast experience and network in the banking and financial services environment
• Have experience selling training courses
• An understanding of the tech world especially e-learning trends
• Proven leadership experience
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Driver’s license with own car
• Required Skills: Reporting Skills, Advanced Excel skills, an eye for quality graphic design, Eloquent and charismatic with exceptional peoples skills, Goal, and target driven, Ability to work independently and within a team, Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
