Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for making the Johannesburg offices operational
• Responsible for creating the face to face learner division Nationally
• Develop a master client list
• Answer product related questions and other queries via e-mail, telephone, etc.
• Keep accurate sales records as required
• always create a positive image of the Company with staff and clients
• To promote the Brand
• Source new clients through different avenues (cold calling, lead generating, networking, etc.)
• Execute appropriate sales strategies in line with our business plan to ensure sales targets are met
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current clients and prospective clients in the assigned territory/ market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/ services
• Researches sources for developing prospective clients and for information to determine their potential
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/ quotations for current and prospective clients
• Expedites the resolution of client problems and complaints
• Plans and organizes the personal/ company sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/ segment
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on client’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services/ submit activity and sales reports for company/ personal
• Management of Business Development Officers/ Sales Department
• Responsible for the Corporate identity of the business
• Ensuring that all correspondence forwarded to Clients are in line with the corporate identity
• Prepare Board packs reflecting the Sales and Marketing Performance on a quarterly basis
• Responsible for creating and managing strategic relationships with all stakeholders
• Responsible for the overall budget of the Company
• Ensure that Departmental targets and individual targets are met for the relevant financial year

• B.Com or related degree
• At least 5 years’ experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Trustworthy, resilient and committed
